Official Contest Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington DC who are at least 21 years of age or the age of majority (whichever is greater) in your state of residence at time of entry. Void in states, Puerto Rico, all US territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. This promotion is governed by US law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees of Minnesota Vikings Football Club, LLC, (the "Administrator and "Sponsor") and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and members of the immediate family or household of each are not eligible to participate. Immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as an employee.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Entrants have to pick the winner of each of the NFL games that week. The winners are selected by using the drop down menus provided for each NFL match-up. They must select each game winner before submitting their entry. Entrants will receive seven (7) points for each correct answer.

The End of Year prizes will be awarded to the top five entrants with the highest overall score from games played between September 21, 2008 to December 31, 2008. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted

PLEASE NOTE: Prizes may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. The Minnesota Vikings reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any portion of prize not accepted by the winners will be forfeited.

4. DRAWING/ODDS: Odds of winning prize will be determined by the total number of entries received for each drawing period. In order to claim the prize and be declared a winner the selected entrant may be required to:

Complete and sign a declaration and release statement, in order to; confirm compliance with the rules and regulations, accept the prize as awarded, without substitution, release the Sponsor and its affiliated companies from any liability, as described more fully below.

Consent to the use of his or her name, address (city and state), photograph, and likeness, as described more fully below.

Failure by any selected entrant to complete, sign and return any of the aforementioned documents within 14 business days after notification is sent to the address or email address on the selected entrant's entry, or the return of prize or prize documents as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted in a timely fashion, or if for any other reason the prize cannot be awarded, another Contest entry will be randomly selected by draw until the prize has been awarded.

Communication will be entered into only with selected entrants.

5. HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE: Prize Winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release"). Affidavit/Release must be signed and returned within 5 business days of winner's receipt of the documents via certified mail. Failure by Prize Winners to execute documents or if Prize Winners are found to be ineligible, or does not comply with the Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected. If Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable, the Prize Winner may be forfeited and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected. All federal, state or other tax liabilities arising from this Contest will be the sole responsibility of Prize Winners. Except where prohibited by law, the Prize Winners acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use said Prize Winners name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

6. CONTEST CONDITIONS: This Contest is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Entities and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules. By entering, Contest entrants ("Participants in the Contest") release and hold harmless Contest Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, The NFL and Member Clubs, from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or any prize won including without limitation, all Prizes. Prize Winners and entrants agree that the Contest Entities shall not be responsible or liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participating in this Contest including, but not limited to, typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, errors in advertising or in these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the Prize Winners, or the distribution of the Prizes, the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any part of the Prizes and/or any injury or damage to entrant's or third person's property related to or resulting from any part of the Prizes or any part of this Contest. Administrator, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participation in the use of any or all portions of this Web site, and refuse to award the Prizes, if entrant engages in any conduct Administrator deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Web site or detrimental to other entrants of the Web site. Such improper conduct, includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during entrant registration or Prize Winners claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating entries through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use entrant's personal information for the purpose of accumulating entries, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs on this Web site. Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify entrant, if entrant attempts to tamper with the promotion process, undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Contest Entities representatives. Administrator reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in the event the fairness or integrity of the promotion is compromised. In the event of cancellation/termination, Prize Winners will be selected from among all eligible correct entries as of the cancellation/termination date. Entrants agree that Administrator may void any part of the Prizes that entrant may have won and/or require the return of any part of the Prizes that Entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Entrant further acknowledges that the forfeiture of part of the Prizes and/or return of any part of the prize(s) shall in no way prevent Administrator from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

7. INTERNET: Contest Entities are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable or destroyed entries resulting from any reason, including: any hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions; typographical or system errors; problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers or computer equipment; or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or any combination thereof. Contest Entities are also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing the Contest, downloading any material for the Contest or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. If, for any reason, this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Contest Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Administrator reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Decisions of the Administrator are final.

8. RULES/WINNER INFORMATION: For winner information or an additional copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by December 31, 2008 to: Vikings Pick and Win Contest, 9520 Viking Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. Specify "Rules" or "Winners" List”. Prize Winners information available after January 1, 2009.

9. DISPUTES: This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Contest, entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Minnesota having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. costs associated with entering), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
